What are the delivery times?

Our delivery times in France are 3 to 5 working days following validation of your order.

Please note that delivery may take an additional 1 to 2 working days due to delays by our carriers or an exceptionally high number of orders being prepared at the warehouse.

How can I track my package?

Your order will be packaged and shipped as soon as possible. As soon as it has been picked up by the shipping company, we will activate your tracking number, after which you will receive another email containing the tracking link. If you do not receive your tracking link, please contact us via our contact form.

Can I return my order?

Yes, products purchased on zoeyaustin.com can be returned within 14 days.

How can I return my order?

The package must be packaged in exactly the same way as when you received it. It is important to wrap the posters in the protective paper to prevent them from shifting during transport. Once the posters are rolled up in the paper, use adhesive tape so that we can easily remove them from the tube when they return

The return costs are 7.90 euros. These fees are not charged at the UPS or DHL drop-off point, but will be deducted from your refund. If the order no longer meets the conditions of the promotion, the charges may be adjusted accordingly and any difference may be deducted from your refund.
